Sat on a cobbled high street, the Black Bull oozes tradition.
The walls and ceiling date from about 300 years ago, while its original three rooms have been merged into one. Two bars serve, and a good job, as it seems an ever popular pub to visit.
Often remembered for a piece of modern history; a customer who, in 1990, climbed the pub's 16 foot chimney before shocking others when emerging covered in soot!
