UK Easter Egg Hunts 2009
Get out of the house this Easter! Instead of watching TV all day, why not join in with one of the UK's Easter Egg hunts? Find out where they are.
The Easter Bunny is going to be a busy bunny this year, as Easter Egg hunts are popping up all over the UK.
If you and the family want to get out and about this Easter, then why not join in with one of his trail, picking up the eggs he drops along the way!
Simply look for an event near you! Some charge an entrance fee, so check before you visit.

Where: Ripley Castle
Celebrating 700 years in 2009, Ripley castle will become a hub of Easter Activity this year.
An eater egg hunt will take place from 11am to 4pm on each of these three days, and taking place beside it is a painting competition - so brushes at the ready!
Whilst here, why not take advantage of the children's castle tours taking place daily at 1.30pm up until 19th April. For more information, see the Ripley Castle website.

The Needles Old Battery site is an old Victorian costal defence, and stands tall above the famous chalk cliffs.
Once a secret rocket testing area, the Old Battery will be home to a fun-filled day out for all this Easter Monday. How many chocolate eggs will you find?
Be sure to take time to appreciate the natural beauty of The Needles, perhaps the Isle of Wight's most popular attraction.
