It's more than fifty years since Sir Paul McCartney met John Lennon at St Peter's parish hall in Woolton, Liverpool. The old red brick hall is still there and it's just one of dozens of places in the city that Beatles fans insist on including on their Merseyside pilgrimage route.
Throw in a few more famous names like the Strawberry Field, Penny Lane, the Cavern club in Mathew (corr) Street and you've got the foundations of a complete Beatles weekend with bus tours and all anchored by the Beatles Story attraction in the Albert Dock.
