Shopping in 4 days? No problem
Begin with a taste of traditional China. Upper Lascar Row has a great flea market selling antiques, arts and crafts, bric-a-brac and more - a great place to find that unique gift.
Next head to the Central Market. This is a great way to get a feel for the typical Chinese market place. With foods and spices galore, it's here that you'll find all those ingredients that you can't quite get at home.
For designer, designer, designer, then the Landmark Shopping Centre on Des Voeux Road, is the place to be. Numerous fashion names are stocked here so if you're looking for up-market clothes, jewellery, perfumes and more then you can't go far wrong.
Finally, if you can find time to fit it in, make a trip to the Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre on Canton Road near the Star Fery. As one of the world's biggest shopping malls it stocks just about everything your heart desires. Well, maybe not everything but it will certainly give it a good go!
And the icing on the cake is that all goods, other than alcohol and tobacco, are tax-free.

Step away from the shops
So, what else can you pack into your few days here? Well, plenty it seems!
A good way to appreciate the city skyline is from the sea on a ferry ride from the city to Kowloon. The city is simply tunning as night falls.

Alternatively, head up to Victoria Peak, which you can reach by tram, to look down on the architecturally crowded metropolis.
And if food is an important part of your holiday then you won't be disappointed as Hong Kong offers a delicious fusion of eastern and western influences resulting in a huge choice of traditional cuisine.

Macao
And to end your holiday spectacularly - head over to Macao (that is, of course, assuming you've got some cash left).
Known as the Vegas of the East, in any trip here you can expect thrills, spills, and plenty of excitement!
Five star hotels and casinos are in abundance, and really do give Vegas a run for its money.
It's not all glitz and glamour however, as an ex-Portuguese colony Macao is a wonderful mix of Chinese and Portuguese culture and architecture.
