In Simon's latest adventures, he travels to Bath to reveal some hidden gems and top tips that you might not have though of.
It's one of the UK's premier-league cities, with recognition from Unesco for its outstanding Georgian architecture. But Bath, a classy theme park for everyone from the Romans to 21st-century tourists, has plenty of hidden gems.
I started my insider's tour with breakfast at Jamie's Italian just off Milsom Street. Now, Mr Oliver's latest creation is fantastically popular and one of those tough-to-get-a-table places ... unless you opt for the good-value, relaxed breakfast on Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning.
Next, the double-decker bus tour is a great way to see the city ... but not everyone takes up the option to explore the surrounding countryside. And because the bus is a hop-on, hop-off venture, you really should get off to explore beautiful Prior Park, complete with its Palladian bridge to nowhere.
The River Avon is the main waterway, but the Kennet & Avon Canal is also worth discovering.
Best of all, the Royal Crescent Hotel has a secret garden, a lovely place to eat, drink and relax, which is open to non-residents; just walk in the front door and keep going.
I hope you enjoy this glimpse of insider's Bath.
