If you're planning to explore a little on holiday then make sure you take in Nassau, the capital of New Providence Island. Head to the Botanical Gardens where you'll discover 600 varieties of plants and trees then make your way to Potters' Cay where you can find locals selling their wares. For a culinary treat, go to the 'fish fry' at Arawak Cay. It's very popular with the locals - a sure sign that it's a top place to eat! Finally, for a bit of colonial architecture, head to Parliament Square where you can catch a glimpse of the House of Assembly, the Senate and the Chambers of Parliament.
