  Me and my friend two 21 year old girls have just come back froma week in magaluf playa and oh my god its a week to remember. From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left we couldnt of bin happier all the staff are soooooo friendly and helpful ann, debbie, patrick, kevin and a couple others but didnt catch there names as i only seen them once or twice were always on hand. Our room was basic but we didnt need anythink fancy as we were only in there a couple of hrs at night lol. Right next door to bcm couldnt of been more handy as when we went out and couldnt remember where we were staying all we had to say was bcm and people directed us, not that we were too drunk to remember or anything! :) we met some great people out there the staff and other tourists and i would defently go back. We had no problem with the lifts or with robberiers.Maybe we were just lucky this time but my friend left her mobile on the balocny for a couple of days to dry out after dropping it down the loo lol and we left our balcony door open when we went out once or twice by mistake and our money n pasports in our rooms a day or so and often on show on our beds but nothing happened, Obviously im not saying you can do this but im just tryin to prove that not everyone gets robbed! its a lovly place to say and we had a brilliant week of sunshine! You do get what you pay for but its still ace!

  Our first girly holiday and excited for weeks, got to apartment and seemed very nice and clean, good location and Ann was lovely...... went out that evening and had a great time untill had 2 change shoes went back at 12am and door was still locked but lock seemed dodgy!!! Went in and realised our suitcaes which were LOCKED had been cut open and all Euro's and English money had been stolen!!! No sign of a break in though, went 2 reception and Man didnt seem 2 give a care and wudnt ring police as apparently they wernt interested and too late we would have 2 wait untill morning,....... wat a joke was definately an inside job!!!!! Some 1 watched us go out and and let them self in with a key!!!!! Apparently hotel has NO CCTV (what a joke) DO NOT STAY HERE EVER, Thieving Robbing Selfish people who shouldn't be working in a hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  DO NOT SAT HERE hotel staff rob you inside job.me and 3 other friends arrived 10am went out at 8pm came back at 12pm and all are money and jewllery was taken from are suitcases locks were cut and suitcases were slashed with knifes.hotel staff would not ring police said they wouldnt do anything wouldnt give us a number to call them and wouldnt help us said it just happens there was no forced entry clearly inside job hotel staff said someone must of got a key cut but that shouldnt happen load of rubbish.bars down the road said it always happens there.so are weeks hoilday turned into 12hrs thats it

  Went to the magaluf Playa apartments for a short break with the girls. The location cannot be beaten, its right next to BCM and a short walk from everywhere else. The Apartments are clean but a little on the small side, especially if they are at their full capacity, I'd advise that you book lots of 1 bedroom apartments as the 2 bedrooms are just too small. The staff are really friendly and helpful and always there if you need them. The pool area isnt very nice and a little on the small side so i'd advise that you go to the beach, its only a short walk away. Overall not a bad hotel but you do get what you pay for, good for a short break but i couldnt stay there any longer!

  just got back from a 4 night stay at playa, was very anxious after reading bad reviews about robberies. when we got there we asked ann the recptionist and she said that there had been 11 all season but this was similiar to all hotles in magaluf. we had booked 1 2 bed apartment but she recomended that two 1 bed next to each other would be more comfortable at no extra cost!! rooms were basic and slighlty outdated but very very clean. we became worried when we saw a notice on the door about charges for breakages. with A 500 euro charge for a broken door we thought we had better report that we didnt thiknkit was working properly. the maintaince bloke, craig, cmae up staright away, after trying to fix it he said that we needed to move and that was sorted immeadiatly, after that he became our run around and nothing was ever too much to ask. location was perfect so close but not much noise after 4 am. the pool area was clean but quite small so the money you save on staying at this hotel its worth getting a sunbed at the beach for 5 euros a day.
