  I found that staying in this hotel saved us a lot of money! The breakfast that is available every morning was more than adequate. Cereal, bagels sausage's, fruit, toast etc. If you really wanted to you wouldn't need to eat out at all as you could fill yourself up in the morning and return back for the evening meal which is avilable there also. The staff were very friendly and helpful (the sign in reception does say "the brightest smiles in Orlando work here", may be a slight exaggeration though) and our rooms which were nice and spacious were cleaned every day. The pool area is nice, but as it is surrounded by the building itself it probably only gets around 5 hours sunshine a day. It is located only 2 minutes walk from the trolley bus stop and a few restaurants so the locationn is decent too. One big bonus about staying here is the shuttle service they offer to the parks, unfortunately some mean people take advantage of this. I know of one family staying in Rosen Plaza that used to come across and get the bus to Disney everyday. A family staying here would save a massive amount of money on buses, breakfast etc The only bad thing I could say about the place was that the airconditioning unit outside ( at least I assume thats what it was) is a bit noisy....other than that I cannot really speak more highly about Homewood Suites.

  Stayed there November 3 to the 8th. Perfect location for people going to the convention center. Plenty of free parking and the free breakfast was perfect for me to save time before going to work. : [ More than I have ever had for free at any other hotel. Staff couldn't have been more accomodating. I will stay there every year when I go for work. Plenty of room to work, lounge, sleep in the suite. Aloha!

  Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel from 05th September until 15th September. After a long flight we were glad to finally get to the hotel and were greeted by really friendly front desk staff who couldn't have been nicer. We were only in the room a few moments when the first desk called to make sure everything was ok for us - which was nice and doesn't happen very often!! The room was spacious and clean, the kitchen had everything you need if you planned on cooking and a big fridge/ freezer. The bedroom was also big and the beds were really comfy to sleep in. The hotel was very quiet at night and never had a problem with noise from another rooms etc. The shuttles to the park are really handy and are a great addition, also the shuttle in the evening to Universal is great on the way out - but beware on the way back it can often take up to an hour with all the drop offs so you might be better off paying the $10 for a cab! The area around the hotel has some good restaurants to eat in - would recommend the Olive Garden and Millers Ale House for drinks! Pointe Orlando also had some good places but didn't try many of them. Its very handy for the I ride trolley too just beside stop 21 on the north bound route and stop 22 on the south bound route. The breakfast in the morning has a great choice and sets you up for the day. We used the pool a few times after we got back to the parks and it was quite warm most of the evenings. All in all it was a great place to stay and would definately stay here again due to the location, the facilities and the friendly staff.

  I've stayed 3 nights in Jan 2009. The hotel is good overall, with a superb location near everything. We booked a 1 bedroom suite with sofa but when we opened the sofa there wasn't too much room to walk around. But besides that, the room was what we wanted. The breakfast as always the best and the evening dinners excellent.

  Booked a suite, and especially wanted somewhere which provided a shuttle. Haven't been to Orlando for about 25 Years, and just wanted to enjoy it again with the Kids. The hotel was superbly located, the staff were very attentive, and the room was fine for my Family. The breakfast Buffet was way more then I expected, the variety & choice were very extensive, and we really were spoilt for choice. The kids loved making the Waffles and toasting the Bagels, Muffins etc.... The hotel is very central to about 5 or 6 Really Good eateries (all within a 5 Minute walk), and 2 SUPERMARKETS are also within a five minute walk. Would happily reccoemend this hotel, and would have no hesitation about going back again. Very pleasant experiece, Great Hotel for us.
