The houses we offer in Orlando are very comfortable, well-designed properties that will be a fantastic base for your adventures. They have large rooms and American kitchens with all those great gadgets. There's a garage to keep your car cool, and best of all, you get a screened swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the theme parks. Your private terrace will be furnished with sunloungers, tables and chairs, so you can soak up the rays and dine alfresco.

Where Is It?

All our Orlando houses are within a max of 25-min drive of the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort. They are in Polk County and Lake County, southwest of Orlando. Our Standard Homes are in agreeable locations such as Lake Davenport Estates, Glenbrook, Orange Tree, Hampton Lakes, Highlands Reserve, Westridge, Florida Pines and Sunrise Lakes.

Accommodation Details

3-Bedroom Houses sleep max 8 people. They have a master bedroom, usually with an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 other bedrooms, usually with 2 twin beds in each, plus 1 additional bathroom. 4-Bedroom Houses sleep max 10 people. They have a master bedroom as above, plus 3 other bedrooms with twin beds or a double bed in each, and 1 or 2 additional bathrooms. 5-Bedroom Houses sleep max 12 people, have a master bedroom as above, plus 4 other bedrooms, in most cases 1 with a double bed and 3 with twin beds, and up to 3 additional bathrooms. 7-Bedroom Houses are available on request, and sleep max 16 people. Please Note: All houses are non-smoking. You will need to leave a security deposit of approx US$250 upon check in against breakages. Major credit cards, travellers' cheques and cash are accepted. Debit cards will not be accepted. If the deposit is paid by travellers' cheques or cash, it may take up to 30 days for these to be returned to you by post.
